Hosting details:
*LOCATION
- Access to an open space for a consecutive period of time. (ie, a clinic, gym, or open space)
- Enough space to host a course with a minimum of 15 people and the possibility of hosting up to 40. We recommend about 1000 square feet to start.
*TIMING
- R1-R2 courses: 2 days consecutively either on a weekend or during the week.
- Day 1: 10 am -4 pm, Day 2: 9 am - 2 pm
- Convenient dates that work both for the host and the presenters

*REQUIRED
ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS (preferable)
- Access to treatment tables (portable or fixed) optimal ratio: one per two/three people
- Exercise equipment - not necessary, but it is a bonus! (*R2 may have some additional requirements in terms of equipment)
- Exposed walls for support with exercises or postures
- AV set up for slide presentation
- Parking access close by.
HOSTING ARRANGEMENTS
- A - Provide a location and gathering
- No “speaker fee” or upfront monetary costs incurred by host. Host only covers lodging costs for Reconditioning Staff. (ReconditioningHQ will cover any additional travel expenses).
- Cost for participants is $1100 CAD (Exchange rates vary on the day of registration for those who wish to pay in USD or other currencies). ReconditioningHQ provides an event specific webpage for participants to purchase tickets and will handle all monetary transactions. - FAQs
- Host receives one (1) complementary registration when minimum class size is met and has the ability to earn more.
- Peer assessments to be given during and after the event for customized feedback.
- All Participants, including the host, will be asked to sign a photography/film release.
- Certificate of completion will be presented at the end of Day 2 for those who have completed with passing score and completed the final feedback form.
- B - Train my team
- Host us at your facility and have the whole staff attend the course together.
- Fantastic team building experience guaranteed to result in better communication, integration and streamlining of your facility’s approach and processes for client service in rehabilitation and training.
- Fee for event, and potential ongoing facility mentorship, is determined on an individual facility basis.
